Anne-Laure is a multilingual HR professional with over 12 years’ experience. Over the years, she has mainly worked in fast growing online start-ups across various industries such as cloud services, healthcare and travel. She is an HR generalist who has built several HR functions and teams from scratch including all HR operations, recruitment, learning and development and employee engagement.
Anne-Laure graduated from EIM Sup de Co with a BA with Honours. She is also an NLP Practitioner and a qualified executive coach which brings a more holistic dimension to her HR approach.
Anne-Laure is originally from France and has lived in Spain, China, Ireland and the UK. This experience has given her a great understanding of how to manage multicultural environments and cultural differences in the workplace.
