Andrew brings a wealth of commercial, sales and advisory experience to McLean HR and has over 25 years experience in a number of leadership roles. Andrew started his career in HR as a Graduate Trainee for Bass plc progressing to Head of HR for one of the businesses’ operating companies before moving into commercial, sales and general management leadership roles. He has headed up project teams charged with restructuring businesses to better deliver organisational objectives and managed the procurement and implementation of HR information systems. Andrew has worked in the Consumer, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing and PE start-up sectors. Andrew enjoys working closely with his clients on driving business growth through ambitious but pragmatic HR. Andrew is CIPD qualified and is interested in leadership, corporate culture and the development of high performance teams.
